AI-generated readings are produced by a large language model (Google Gemini) and may contain errors, omissions, or limitations. The AI does not have access to information about you beyond what you directly provide.

3. Eligibility

4. User-Provided Data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data (name, date, time, and location) you provide. Inaccurate birth data will produce inaccurate results. Birth data you enter is stored in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to our servers or stored on a database unless you explicitly use a feature that requires server processing (such as chart calculation or AI reading generation).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or scrape the API or its underlying data
• Use automated tools to generate bulk requests to the service

• FreeAstroAPI — astrology calculation engine providing planetary positions, house cusps, and aspects
• Google Gemini — large language model used to generate textual interpretations of chart data
• API Ninjas — daily horoscope data provider

Your use of Celestine is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Celestine name, visual design, code, and original content are the property of Celestine and its creators. AI-generated readings produced using your data are provided to you for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
